Q: What items are included with the fireplace?

A: Battery backup, detailed ceramic fiber logs, interior lighting, ceramic glass, variable speed blower and full function remote.

Q: Is the venting included with the fireplace?

A: The venting is not included because each vent run has different needs. Please give us a call or text and we would be happy to create a venting package that is perfect for you needs!

Q: What does top/rear vent mean?

A: This means that the fireplace can be vented from the top of the unit or straight out the back. Both options take the same type of venting - 4.5/7.5" Secure Vent
