Felix began Mod Living Spaces in Long Island, New York, where he was born and raised. His wife, Hannah, was born and raised here in Colorado, and they decided to return here to escape the hustle and bustle of the east coast and continue to grow the business together. Felix and Hannah now have two beautiful children and enjoy spending time as a family, and traveling together.

Cassie has been a part of the Mod Living Spaces team for over five years. She loves spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, and every opportunity to be with friends and family. Behind the scenes, Cassie helps keep things running smoothly. From managing inventory and warranty claims to handling customer service and administration, she's the person who makes sure our team and our customers are taken care of.

Born and raised in Colorado, Dylan spends most of his time doing outdoor activities and playing sports. Previously he worked in the Fitness Industry as a personal trainer for two years. Dylan joined Mod Living Spaces in November 2020 and hasn't looked back since. He works as a salesman and enjoys growing in his knowledge of the industry. He also helps with tech support when needed. Born and raised in Illinois, Ethan enjoys playing sports, crafting specialty coffee, and spending time with family and friends. He joined Mod Living Spaces in December 2021, bringing valuable experience in landscaping and construction. Today, Ethan focuses primarily on website development and marketing while also supporting the company’s administrative and sales efforts.

When he’s not helping customers find the perfect fireplace or outdoor living solution, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams. He looks forward to helping you create a space you’ll enjoy for years to come.
