The Carol Rose Outdoor Linear Fireplace is backed by Empire Comfort Systems' Limited Warranty, providing dependable protection for your investment when installed and operated according to the owner's manual.

Five-Year Limited Parts Warranty

The following components are covered for five (5) years from the original purchase date:

• Fireplace components
• Burner assembly
• Firebox
• Valve and ignition components
• All factory-installed parts (excluding items listed below)

If a covered component is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Empire will repair or replace the part at its discretion.

One-Year Limited Parts Warranty

The following items are covered for one (1) year from the original purchase date:

• Remote controls
• Thermostats
• Accessories
• Replacement parts

Warranty Requirements

• Must be installed by a qualified gas appliance technician.
• Valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• The fireplace must be operated and maintained according to Empire's installation and owner's manuals.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Isn't Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance.
• Labor, travel, diagnostic, shipping, removal, or reinstallation costs.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or non-approved replacement parts.
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects.
