Q: What accessories are included with the fireplace?

A: The fireplace comes standard with Electronic Ignition, a Multi-Function Remote Control, and White Accent Light. The 62" Boulevard does require Crushed Glass Media & an Interior Liner kit to complete

Q: Do the Heat Management System allow me to install a TV closer to the fireplace?

A: Unfortunatley, Empire's Heat Management systems do not allow for a closer installation for a TV. The Gravity System uses natural heat rise to move the heat around the face wall and release it closer to the ceiling. The Forced Air Kit moves it outside of the building. If you would like to mount a TV above the fireplace, please see the installation manual for guidelines and clearances to combustibles. Q: Is the venting included with the fireplace?

Q: What is the Exterior Frame used for?

A: This fireplace has the option to add a Stainless Steel Exterior Frame. That frame allows you to install the fireplace in an exterior wall so the fireplace can be viewed outside from a patio/outdoor space, and also from inside your home. Please view the manual for the frame here.
